1 Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or placing an order on Kinomart (herein referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2 Product Information & Pricing Accuracy
All gadget specifications, descriptions, color swatches, and images are provided in good faith based on official manufacturer disclosures. While we strive for absolute accuracy, slight visual discrepancies may arise due to monitor calibrations.
All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of statutory taxes unless otherwise stated. Kinomart reserves the right to modify prices or correct computational errors before an order is dispatched. In case of an obvious pricing error, our support team will notify you immediately for confirmation or cancellation.
3 Order Placement & Confirmation
Upon completing checkout, you will receive an automated order confirmation via SMS and Email containing your unique Order ID. Order acceptance takes place when the parcel is packed and handed over to our contracted logistics partner.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline high-risk transactions, or cancel orders that fail automated fraud detection or phone verification checks.
4 Payment Methods & Security
Kinomart supports Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad), and Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Internet Banking via SSLCommerz. All electronic transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store card numbers or MFS PINs on our servers.
For certain high-value electronics or delivery locations outside Dhaka, partial advance booking fee (e.g. shipping charge) may be requested prior to dispatch.
5 Delivery & Handover Inspection
Delivery timelines are typically 24-48 hours inside Dhaka metropolitan area and 48-72 hours for district towns outside Dhaka. Customers are strongly advised to inspect the outer packaging in front of the courier delivery executive.
6 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or related to platform usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
