1 7-Day Hassle-Free Replacement
If the gadget you received has a manufacturing defect, dead on arrival (DOA) issue, or does not match the product listed on your order, you are entitled to a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify, the item must be returned with its original packaging, box, warranty card, charging cables, and included manuals intact.
2 Warranty Claim Types
Official Brand Warranty
For brands with authorized service centers in Bangladesh (e.g. Xiaomi, Anker, Baseus, Haylou), you may submit the product to any official service center or drop it off at our store for assisted routing.
Kinomart Shop Warranty
For specialty global import editions, Kinomart provides direct in-house repair and component replacement warranty under the duration stated on the product page.
3 Simple 4-Step Return Process
- Open a Support Ticket or WhatsApp: Contact our helpline or open a ticket from your account dashboard with your Order ID and photo/video proof of the fault.
- RMA Authorization: Our tech team will review the issue and issue an RMA verification code within 4 business hours.
- Courier Pickup or Drop-off: Hand over the securely packed item to our courier partner or drop it off at Jamuna Future Park, Level 4.
- Dispatch or Refund: Once quality inspection is completed (typically 24 hours), replacement unit is dispatched immediately or refund is initiated.
4 What Is Not Covered (Warranty Voids)
- Physical damage, cracked screens, dented chassis, or severed wires resulting from drops or improper usage.
- Liquid immersion on products lacking certified water-resistance ratings.
- Electrical burn damage caused by unauthorized or voltage-incompatible power bricks.
- In-ear buds where hygiene seals have been removed without any functional defect.
- Tampered, peeled, or missing serial number / warranty stickers.
5 Refund Timelines
If a replacement is out of stock, a full refund is processed. Wallet balance refunds are credited instantly, allowing immediate re-purchase. Electronic refunds via bKash, Nagad, or credit cards are disbursed within 3 to 7 banking days.
